Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial.

If you cancel your subscription, no refund will be given for the current month. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Service Performance Issues

If you have issues that significantly impact our service, please contact us.

If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund for the affected month may be given at our discretion. Refunds shall be processed within 3 working days of making the claim and reflected in the original payment within 5-7 working days.
